Data you enter
When you analyze a domain, the domain name is sent to DomainDoctor only to generate the requested report. DomainDoctor does not store your searched domains in an external proprietary database.
Local browser storage
Recent searched domains are saved only in your browser localStorage under domaindoctor:domains, limited to the latest 8 targets. Your theme preference and cookie choice are also saved locally. You can clear recent targets with the “Clear” button or by clearing your browser storage.
Technical report providers
To produce a report, DomainDoctor may query public or third-party services such as Cloudflare DNS over HTTPS, RDAP, IP geolocation, Certificate Transparency, Internet Archive, URLhaus, Mozilla Observatory, PageSpeed Insights, Tranco, SSL Labs, and the analyzed domain itself. Those providers may receive the domain or host being checked and normal technical request metadata.
Analytics
DomainDoctor uses Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics cookies. If you reject cookies, GA4 is not loaded by this site. Analytics is used to understand aggregate visits and improve the service.
Server logs and security
Hosting infrastructure may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to operate and protect the website.
Your choices
You can reject analytics cookies, reopen cookie settings from the footer, clear localStorage in your browser, and avoid submitting domains you do not want checked through third-party services.
